Description
FOME FLEX SANITARY SILICONE 102 is a premium, sanitary silicone sealant designed for professional use. This high-quality, elastic, silicone sealant is waterproof and a single-component solution, making it ideal for glazing and sanitary applications.
FOME FLEX SANITARY SILICONE 102 offers excellent resistance to UV rays and temperature fluctuations, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Formulated with the highest quality silicone materials, it provides superior mould protection for fast and reliable results. Its quick curing time means that areas such as showers, baths, or kitchen sinks can be used just 25 minutes after application.
This high-quality, elastic, silicone sealant is waterproof and a single-component solution, making it ideal for glazing and sanitary applications. It is perfect for sealing baths, sinks, washbasins, shower enclosures, swimming pools, as well as water supply, drainage, and PVC pipe joints.
It operates effectively in temperatures ranging from +5°C to +40°C and accommodates a seam mobility of 20%.

Usage Instructions
- Prepare the surface so it is clean, dry and free of grease and oil.
- Cut off the tip of the cartridge using a sharp utility knife or sealant opening tool.
- Screw on the nozzle provided. The nozzle can be cut to a larger diameter to achieve the required bead thickness.
- Insert the cartridge into the cartridge gun and press the trigger several times until the nozzle is filled.
- Apply the product to the work surface.
A film will form in 10-20 minutes, the product is fully cured after 24 hours
