  • Usage Instructions

To use the foam adhesive effectively:

    1. Shake the can vigorously and attach it to the gun.
    2. Ensure the work surface is thoroughly cleaned and moistened, as moisture helps accelerate the curing process.
    3. Invert the can with the valve facing down, and adjust the spray flow by turning the valve located on the back of the gun handle.
    4. Hold the spray nozzle approximately 3 cm from the surface to be bonded and apply the foam.
    5. After spraying, wait one minute before pressing the adhesive into place.
    6. Hold it for 1-2 minutes, depending on the weight of the material.

You have up to 2 minutes to make any adjustments. For larger panels, be sure to apply foam to at least 10% of the surface. After just 10 minutes, the foam can be cut.

The recommended operating temperature range is between +5°C and +35°C. If using the foam in colder conditions, warm the can to +18°C by placing it in warm water or a heated room.

For cleaning, use Fome Flex Foam Cleaner to remove any uncured foam.
