Description
FOME FLEX ACRYL 202 is a white, paintable sealant is a high-quality, elastic formulation based on acrylic dispersion, designed for both indoor and outdoor use. It is ideal for filling cracks, fissures, and surface defects in concrete, plaster, brickwork, and wood. The sealant is highly resistant to fluctuations in temperature and humidity, ensuring long-lasting performance under varying conditions.
Once applied, the sealant forms a stable, elastic bond as the water evaporates, providing a flexible and durable finish. It is perfect for repair and finishing tasks, including filling stable joints, cracks, scratches, and uneven surfaces. With an application temperature range of +5°C to +40°C, it is suitable for a wide range of environments. The sealant offers seam mobility of 7.5%, ensuring that it remains flexible and adaptable over time.

Usage Instructions
1. Prepare the surface so it is clean, dry and free of grease and oil. Highly porous surfaces such as gypsum, aerated concrete, limestone etc. need to be primed prior to application.
2. Cut off the tip of the cartridge using a sharp utility knife or sealant opening tool.
3. Screw on the nozzle provided. The nozzle can be cut to a larger diameter to achieve the required bead thickness.
4. Insert the cartridge into the cartridge gun and press the trigger several times until the nozzle is filled.
Apply the product to the work surface.
A film will form in 5 minutes. Fully Cured after 24 hours.
Application temperature from: + 5°C to + 40°C.
Temperature resistance after hardening: -20°C to + 75°C
Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Store upright in a cool, dry place. (+ 5°C to + 25°C)
18 months shelf life from the date of manufacture when stored in accordance with instructions.
