Description
FOME FLEX DOUBLE PISTOL FOAM is a professional-grade one-component polyurethane mounting foam designed for a wide range of construction and insulation applications. Featuring innovative DOUBLE PISTOL technology, this product allows for versatile use with both a standard foam gun and the included adapter. The adapter enables access to narrower, harder-to-reach spaces, while the foam gun provides precise application with minimal secondary expansion (only 30%).
Ideal for mounting and reinforcing door and window boxes, as well as insulating, sealing seams and cracks, and filling various gaps.
FOME FLEX DOUBLE PISTOL FOAM offers superior performance. The foam has a low expansion coefficient when applied with a foam gun, ensuring controlled filling and insulation. The product yields up to 45 liters of free-blown foam and fully cures in 80-100 minutes, with a temperature resistance range of -40°C to +90°C.
With 70% closed-cell and 30% open-cell structure, FOME FLEX DOUBLE PISTOL FOAM provides excellent thermal and sound insulation properties, boasting a sound attenuation index of 62 dB. Its ability to protect against wind while allowing breathability makes it perfect for a variety of applications, including window and door sealing, pipe insulation, and sealing roof, wall, and floor joints.

Usage Instructions
1. Ensure the work surface is thoroughly cleaned and moistened before application.
2. Shake the can vigorously and securely attach it to the gun.
3. Invert the can with the valve facing downward.
4. To control the foam flow, adjust the valve located on the back of the gun handle.
5. Proceed to fill the cavity with foam.
Excess foam can be cut away after 20-40 minutes.
The recommended operating temperature range is from -10°C to +35°C. When using in colder conditions, warm the can to +18°C by placing it in warm water or a heated room. If the ambient temperature is below 0°C there is no need to moisten area as ice particles on the surface will introduce the required moisture.
