  • Description

FOME FLEX Fast Cut 75L Mega Foam is an advanced generation polyurethane mounting foam, offering one of the highest yields and fastest curing times on the market.

With a yield of 75-77 liters (or 55 meters for a 2 cm x 7 cm seam), this foam is specifically designed for rapid installation of windows and doors, as well as efficient sealing of gaps and cavities in construction. It provides superior thermal and sound insulation, making it ideal for a variety of sealing applications.

The foam polymerizes quickly, allowing it to be cut in just 10 minutes and fully cured in 1.5 hours. It features a low secondary expansion of only 30%, ensuring structural stability and minimal distortion. FOME FLEX Fast Cut 75L Mega Foam is highly resistant to mold, fungus, and extreme temperatures, with a temperature range of -60°C to +100°C.

Its dense, solid structure delivers excellent thermal conductivity (0.036 W/(m*K)) and a sound reduction index of 63 dB.

This foam is ideal for use in window and door sealing, heat and sound insulation, acoustic applications, filling cracks, gaps, and cavities, pipe insulation, and sealing roof, wall, and floor joints. It is best used in environments with temperatures ranging from 0°C to +35°C during application.
