Description
FOME FLEX NEUTRAL is a high-quality, sanitary, waterproof, single-component neutral silicone sealant, designed for both indoor and outdoor applications. This odorless, MEKO oxime-free formula provides excellent performance in dry and humid environments, making it ideal for door and window installations, sealing, glazing, and ventilation work.
The sealant forms a durable, elastic seam upon reacting with moisture in the air, ensuring long-lasting flexibility. Its white color maintains a clean, professional finish. FOME FLEX NEUTRAL is perfect for use in bathrooms, kitchens, and showers, as well as for sealing joints in concrete, brick, and glazing systems.
This versatile silicone sealant is safe for use with acrylic bathtubs, shower trays, sinks, and mirrors, without affecting their appearance or causing corrosion to non-ferrous metals. Suitable for a wide range of temperatures, FOME FLEX NEUTRAL performs optimally between +5°C and +40°C, with a seam mobility of 12.5%. It is the ideal solution for creating flexible, durable seals in both residential and industrial environments.

Usage Instructions
1. Prepare the surface so it is clean, dry and free of grease and oil.
2. Cut off the tip of the cartridge using a sharp utility knife or sealant opening tool.
3. Screw on the nozzle provided. The nozzle can be cut to a larger diameter to achieve the required bead thickness.
4. Insert the cartridge into the cartridge gun and press the trigger several times until the nozzle is filled.
5. Apply to product to the work area.
A film will form in 5 minutes. Fully Cured after 24 hours.
Application temperature from: + 5°C to + 40°C.
Temperature resistance after hardening: -40°C to + 120°C
Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Store upright in a cool, dry place. (+ 5°C to + 30°C)
