GUDFOR A++ Thermal Insulation for Cold Bridging

GUDFOR A ++ is a single component polyurethane thermal insulation spray, developed to insulate hard-to-reach, uneven or complex shaped surfaces. It has strong adhesion to most building materials including wood, masonry, metal, glass and many plastics.

The products fast curing material forms a protective barrier against air and moisture penetration and prevents heat loss and cold bridging.

When dry, it can be cut, sanded, filled, plastered and painted.

1. Prepare the surface so it is clean, dry and free of grease and oil.
2. Moisten surfaces with a water sprayer prior to application.
3. Shake the can well prior to use. 
4. Screw on foam gun and attach the provided nozzle on the tip of the gun .
5. Open the gun valve as much as possible. Apply to the surface at a distance of 30-45cm, pressing the trigger of the gun completely.
6. Apply the product in a layer of 3-5 cm. (additional layers can be applied after 20 minutes if required).
7. Shake the product periodically while working.
8. Moisten the applied product with a water sprayer after application.

A film will form on the product after 10 mins. The product is fully cured after 24 hours

Application temperature from + 5°C to + 35°C.

Recommended working temperature: +18°C… +25°C.

Thermal resistance after hardening -80°C…+120°C.

Store upright in a cool, dry place. (+ 5°C to + 30°C)

18 months shelf life from the date of manufacture when stored in accordance with instructions.
