POINT 103 Hybrid Stone Fix

POINT 103 STONE is a versatile adhesive and sealant designed for use on a wide range of surfaces, including metal, glass, plastic, wood, stone, brick, concrete, and marble. It is suitable for both porous and non-porous materials, making it ideal for various applications in household, outdoor, and indoor settings.

This high-performance product forms a durable, non-shrinking, and extremely strong joint that is resistant to vibration and heavy loads. It is specifically formulated to maintain the original color of materials such as stone, brick, concrete, and marble, ensuring no discoloration upon application.

POINT 103 STONE is resistant to weak acids, mineral oils, aliphatic fats, and does not cause metal corrosion.

With a curing time of approximately 3 mm per day, it is an effective solution for both gluing and sealing. One cartridge typically covers up to linear 10 meters (5 mm diameter).

POINT 103 STONE is free from isocyanates, silicon, and solvents, making it an environmentally friendly choice. It is also safe for use on wet surfaces, offering enhanced versatility for a range of projects.

1. Prepare the surface so it is clean, dry and free of grease and oil.

2. Cut off the tip of the cartridge using a sharp utility knife or sealant opening tool.

3. Screw on the nozzle provided. The nozzle can be cut to a larger diameter to achieve the required bead thickness.

4. Insert the cartridge into the cartridge gun and press the trigger several times until the nozzle is filled.

5. Apply the product to one of the surfaces to be glued in strips or dots.

Press the surfaces together firmly and remove any residue that may have squeezed out.

A film will form in 10-15 minutes.

Application temperature from + 5°C to + 40°C.

Temperature resistance after hardening –  -40°C to + 90°C

Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Store upright in a cool, dry place. (+ 5°C to + 25°C)

18 months shelf life from the date of manufacture when stored in accordance with instructions.
